Order online and collect from the GlowStore when you're ready. 

Need it super-fast – no problems – your Click & Collect order will be ready to pick up in less than 1 hour during trading hours. 

Don’t want to or can’t come in to the store to pick-up - no problem - we have an In-Car option - where you stay in your car while we pop your purchase in your boot!

To use the Click and Collect service follow these steps: 

STEP 1: 
When shopping online choose Click ‘n’ Collect as your Shipping Method when going through the checkout process:

In the Delivery Instructions text box just enter in your preferred method of collection as either Pick up in-store or In-Car Service:

STEP 2: 
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know. When you’re ready to collect your order, reply to the email notification to let us know you’re on your way. 

PICK UP option: 
If you choose Pick Up, once you’ve arrived, head inside the store and let staff know that you are picking up an online order. We will have your order ready for you - don’t forget to have your Order Receipt and ID ready.

IN CAR option:
If you choose In Car Service, the email will link you to a handy map and let you know if your collection point will be at the front or back of the store. Once you have arrived at the store, follow the instructions to park in the designated zone and notify us that you have arrived, we’ll then bring your order to you. Don’t forget to have your Order Receipt and ID ready 

Please note:

  • All standard collection checks apply. Please bring your order confirmation receipt and ID as per instructions in your confirmation email.
  • Prefer to walk in? No problems. If you’d prefer to come in and pick up your order instead, just ignore the email and pop into the store after your receive confirmation that your order is ready.
  • Click & Collect is only available for online orders paid in full. 

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a convenient way for customers who live or work near Glow and may not want an item to be delivered. Customers can purchase online and choose to pick up their order at a convenient time after the order has been accepted and a ‘Ready for Pick Up’ notification email is received.

How does In-Car Service work?

  1. When your online order is ready, we’ll alert you by email.
  2. When you’re ready – reply to the email and let us know you’re on the way. 
    We’ll also send you a handy map and let you know if your pick up will be at the front or rear of the store.
  3. Once you’ve arrived head to the front or rear of the store (as per the instructions) and park at the designated Pick Up Zone. Let us know you’ve arrived via the number supplied in the confirmation email.
  4. Within minutes we’ll bring your order out to you, confirm your details and ID and load your order straight into your car. easy!

How will I know when my order is ready for collection?

You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a ‘Ready for Pick Up’ email notification when your order is ready for collection.

Where do I go to collect my purchase?

Simply head to the GlowStore and if you selected PICK UP go inside the store and let staff know that you are picking up an online order. We will have your order ready to go. If you have selected In-Car Service you will receive instructions, via the link in your email notification, which will explain where to find designated parking at our store.

How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order? 

Please collect your orders within 7 days. A email will be sent to you reminding you that your order is ready for collection. If your item/s are not collected within 14 days, your order will be cancelled and the purchase will be refunded back to the original payment method. 

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

You will need to present a copy of your Order Confirmation receipt email printed or on your mobile, along with ID (i.e. drivers Licence, passport or photo identification) matching the authorised person's details as listed on the confirmation email. Photo ID will be required in order to sign for the item to be collected.
