Shipping Costs - Free Delivery!
The price of products shown online include standard freight to all areas in mainland Australia. This includes; metropolitan and regional areas.
Free delivery is not included to all areas on clearance product lines such as Perth Warehouse Clearance Sales or purchases made at Glow Stores. These products will state what the delivery terms are in the product description. LED Glow reserve the right to cancel any orders placed online for these clearance products that do not meet the delivery terms.
International orders do not receive free delivery. Shipping costs for international orders will be supplied at the time of order enquiry. For more information on international orders see below.

Supply of Your Products
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation. When your Order items have been dispatched, we will email you to confirm shipment of each item including a tracking number for each item if available.
When placing your order it is important that you fill in all the required information including a telephone number. If you do not supply all of the required information, our courier company will be unable to accept the items for delivery until all the information is supplied. This can delay the shipping time to you.
Delivery of Your Products
Standard delivery time takes up to 10 working days from the date your payment is received. The estimated delivery time is in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery time, this may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us contact LED Glow here. Some remote regional areas in Australia may take additional time to deliver to. Please contact us if you are unsure about the delivery time for your order.
An express delivery service is available to metropolitan cities in mainland Australia only. This includes; Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. The Express delivery service is available on selected products only and will be offered as an optional service at the time of checkout. This service needs to be requested before you make your purchase by contacting us here for the required Express Shipping costs. The Express service is for delivery between 2 - 3 working days from the date your payment is received. The estimated express delivery time is in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the estimated express delivery time, this may change due to changes in supply or circumstances beyond our control. If your Order has not arrived after the estimated express delivery time, please advise us here and if the delay is due to a delay from Glow or the courier company, we will refund the purchase of express delivery paid for with the goods.
PayPal payments take approximately 2 - 3 days to process before payments are received. This delay is outside of our standard delivery time.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Order to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation (Excluding PO Boxes). If no-one is available to take delivery of your Order, and depending on the carrier, some will leave a card so you can pick-up your Order from your nearest delivery centre location or others may leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for another delivery. If an alternative time for delivery is arranged and no-one is available to take delivery for a second time, your goods may be returned to Glow, where they will remain until a second delivery from Glow to the customer is organised with delivery costs being the customers responsibility to pay prior to the goods being delivered.
Failure to fill in the shipping details in full, including a contact phone number or using a PO Box address, will delay the delivery of your order, as our carriers require this information to complete the delivery.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Order to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery acceptance. If the goods are visibly damaged in transit the customer is in their right to refuse delivery of the goods from the courier company who will then return the visibly damaged goods back to Glow and Glow will arrange for replacement products to be shipped, if available, to the customer without any costs being incurred by the customer. If your order is refused acceptance at the point of delivery or not picked up from a delivery centre location for any reason, other than visibly damaged, it may either be returned to the closest courier depot to await collection by the customer or returned back to Glow. If the order is returned back to Glow it will still remain the customers property and will be held until the customer either arranges to collect or another delivery is arranged at the customers cost. Glow will only store returned orders for a maximum of 12 months, when they will be sold to re-coop the cost for storage and other costs incurred.
Delivery of pre-order or special order products
Delivery times for pre-order products are set out on the product page for each item that is available as a pre-order. LED Glow will process these orders as quickly as possible to deliver within the set-out delivery time frame, but is not responsible for delays in product arrival due to issues that are outside of our control such as international special holidays, customs and inbound shipping delays.

Damage to products during the delivery process
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority at Glow and any problems that you may experience with your Glow product will be rectified with priority. If you receive your Glow product and it is damaged or faulty from the shipping process we will arrange for your product to be replaced or a refund or store credit will be issued if a replacement is not available. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours here and we'll take care of the rest.
Instructions given to Glow by you on the delivery of your products are made by request only and we can not guarantee that your request will be followed by our shipping contractors. We are unable to provide additional delivery services such as calling prior to delivery or delivery at a set time. If you require this service please contact us here prior to ordering so that we can enquire what other suitable delivery service may be available and at what additional cost to you.
International orders are processed by request and are organised manually off the website. If you are interested in placing an order for Glow products to be shipped internationally please contact us here prior to ordering. Please supply us with the following information:
- The Glow products you wish to order along with the quantity of each item
- The shipping address information (where it is going to)
- Any other information such as the date the products are required by etc.
We will then supply you with a price for the products and the international shipping. We are not responsible for any import duties, local taxes etc, if applicable, of the ship to country.
If an international order is placed online with the 'Ship To' country left blank or as the default of Australia, the order will still be processed, but will remain unshipped. The ordering customer will be sent a notification advising them that the order has been processed, but will remain unshipped until the ordering customer supplies an Australian 'Ship To' address or pays the international shipping fee. If the ordering customer does not provide an Australian 'Ship To' address, pays the international shipping fee within 60 days from the ordering date or decides to cancel the order after it has been placed and processed, Glow will cancel the order and refund the customer the order price less a 40% processing and restocking fee.
