TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Acceptance:
        1. By purchasing or attempting to purchase the promotional items, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Offer Period:
        1. The Promotion runs from November 27th 2020 and ends November 30th 2020 inclusive. 
        2. Each day during this Four (4) day Period Products will be available at designated times for as low as only $10 and up to $49. 
        3. There will only be a quantity of TEN (10) of each product on offer.
        4. Products are only available for a limited time in limited quantities, for as long as it is advertised on glowglow.com.au or while stock last. 
        5. Glow has the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
  3. Conditions:
        1. Each customer can only purchase ONE (1) Super Deal Promotional Product per Super Deal offer. Glow has the right to cancel orders where the customer has purchased more than ONE (1) Super Deal Product for that Product, this includes customers who make multiple orders using the same customer details, shipping address or payment details. 
        2. Products are not valid for cash or cash equivalent. 
        3. Products cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
        4. Products may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. 
        5. Products are only available for online purchases at glowglow.com.au. 
        6. Products only applies to merchandise that is part of the promotion for that Super Deal.
  4. Offers are non-transferable:
        1. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD). 
        2. Products may be subject to product availability.
  5. Redemption:
        1. To purchase Super Deal Products during the Offer Period, customers must purchase the product from the online shop at glowglow.com.au under the product section 'Glow Friday / Cyber Monday Super Deals’. 
  6. Shipping:
        1. The shipping is free for all products purchased online at glowglow.com.au including purchases of the Super Deal Product promotion.
        2. Items will only be shipped to addresses within Australia (No PO Boxes). 
        3. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure delivery details are correct. 
        4. Items will be shipped after the Promotional Period has ended. 
        5. All other shipping terms and conditions are as per the standard shipping information online at glowglow.com.au 
  7. Returns:
        1. Returns and exchanges are subject to the normal Glow return policy online. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased during the Super Deal Product promotion, the value of the promotion purchase and not the regular price will either be refunded or of issued as a credit to you. 
  8. Changes:
        1. Glow reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer at it’s own discretion.
  9. Offers:
        1. From time to time Glow may run promotions on our website which are subject to both the standard Terms and any additional promotion-specific Terms which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. 
        2. You should ensure that you read the specific conditions that apply to each promotion. By proceeding to purchase you agree and accept the Terms of the applicable promotion(s).
        3. Purchases made during a promotional period do not qualify for change of mind refunds or free returns under the standard T&Cs.
        4. This does not affect your statutory rights.
